The charger doesnt look like it has a power supply. Thanks for the heads up on that. Im thinking of going with brand name charger now. As i am reading things, it looks like the cheap stuff doesnt balance well or its hit and miss. Ill probably go with a dual charger with at least 100w a side.

Not the cheapest, but definitely a nice fast accurate charger would be the Ultra Power UP1200AC plus.
You can get it from Trampa or order it directly from Ultra Power in Hong Kong.
Depending on your location the one or the other would be cheaper.
Plugs directly into 110/220V and can charge twice 6-12s with 2-15A and balance with 1.5A per cell.
A budget option would be to get a smart bms like this

and wire it up as external balance charger so that you can use it on different lipo packs.

and just get a 12s 5-8A wall charger.
Advantage of the smart bms is that you can monitor the individual cell voltage, so after your ride, just put the packs on the charger and stop charging when the cells around 3.8V.
Those both just options I personally have experience with, there sure way more alternatives out there. The iCharger for example or different options from Hobbyking.
