Can bus shorting to itself, or common ground, or battery positive would all result in can bus not working, worst case burning the can chip on your ESC. Just because it doesnât power anything doesnât mean itâs not a crucial wire.

if i have time next week i will do the main leads and tidy them too
also will widen the cutout to fit everything more nicely

i tidied all small wires
the main ones could be more tidy (will do when i get time)
Shua word of advice. If you think a board or part could be tidied more before selling, then tidy it.
