Whatever u find reasonable, I don’t want to steal from you but you can find plenty of threads on the evolve forums and the bms does not sell more than 90
The lowest I would like to go is $100 for the bms and $50 for the esc.

No, only evolves r1 and r2 remotes
The actual receiver is soldered permanently on the evolve bms. The esc does not have a pwm/ppm port that I know of
