My friend is building a board and the last part we are looking for is a battery. He’s got $230 left in his budget for one.
It doesn’t have to be a beefy battery or anything but no lipos! Thanks guys!

I have a couple of used Torqueboard Batteries that I would sell cheap. 10s3p and 12s3p

I was thinking anything 8s or up for him as the board does not have to be very powerful. I already have an enclosure planned.

I have a spare TB 12s4p 30q pack I’m willing to let go for $125 shipped US. Has lots of miles on it and you will need to hot glue (or another securement type) the charge port so it will stay put. Can also include a 12s 2amp charger.

Also not a shot at metroboard but they use LG cells which have a significantly lower cont. discharge so you might be limited with their smaller packs. At 10A cont. discharge even their 5p packs gets you 50A… I had one and it just wasn’t enough juice.
