Looking to buy a 170kv motor with an 8mm shaft, preferably new but willing to buy used if ya got low miles on it.
Looking for typical 63xx sized can, will be used for single drive so a longer can would be preferred.
If you got anything your willing to sell, let me know!
@Rob shameless plug buy my Baseplates
Takkeee is cheaper than most places… I think
EDIT: not the Bowery surf but the Hammocks
EDIT: I’ll
Throw in a mini remote for free
115$ for base plates?? Ummagawd
I could get BN adjustables for 100 new doe…
Don’t get me wrong, they look nice as hell but that’s more than I’m about to spend on my motor…
Not rlly tryin to make baseplates the single most expensive thing on my build rn
But maybe I’ll look into em in a lil once I buy the basics,
thx for the offer!
Don’t think I’ve ever seen adjustable base plates for under $100.
I’ve had them on most my builds and didn’t NEED them really on any of them.
Did you say fixed baseplates
LOL
Na I’m workin with ahrav,
They are just more expensive to machine than I guess I realized.
He should have plenty of motors you guys need to make a deal
Yeee BN ones are nice except their angles are super limited at least for my setups . I like 20-30 for my rear angle but that’s not possible with his Baseplates otherwise they are super nice and yea cheap.
Otherwise you gotta go 3ds which again super limited 35,42,50.and they like $130 shipped to the US or the hammock ones which are closer to $170 shipped to the US . But yeee these things kinda pricey. Butttttt once you get the right angles setup… worth it
That or 190kv,
Ehhhh too low . Not enough z00m for me .
I have a stoooopid single 210kV tho
Bump.
Still lookin for 170kv in the US
The michobby GB for the 6374 is nice, but I’m lookin for something a little larger for single drive.
Could just go Randle 35° and wedge 5°.
Would save him a good chunk of change if it’s a rideable angle for him.
If it’s not enough he could investment in the adjustment baseplate’s later.
I sold em to him and threw in a chubby and a mini remote
Buttt you sir are correct I love Randall Baseplates especially one evos. Perfect angle setup and such a low profile
That being said I also did my first two builds on adjustable’s lol. I typically only used them in the rear. So one set can cover two builds.
Ohhhh that makes sense… how did you offset the height or did you not really do anything about that.
I know adjuStabless are a good bit taller…? Or was it not even noticeable.
Exactly one riptide tunnel riser difference
