My new deck should be ready in a few weeks. Once I have everything dialed in, I’ll very likely be posting the Liquid Sword. Would love to see it go to someone who’ll actually use it — it’s such a killer deck. Shorter at 38”, super playful, but still plenty of space for a high-powered battery.
The enclosure is super heavy-duty, and Tomiboi uses really solid hardware for the mounting. I’m not sure the 12s8p config you’re planning would fit unless you ran the ESC externally. Here are the dimensions:
Inside: L20" x W7.25" x H2"
Footprint: L22.5" x W9.5"
It fits a 15s5p setup perfectly. I’m currently running 12s5p since I didn’t have the ESC to push it any higher.

Yea if I got the liquid sword I’d def run an Esc box. That’d def be worth to me for the extra range + the savings of repurposing an existing batt. What new deck are you getting?

I’m having Tomiboi build me one of his rad kicktails — the Kanabo!
I’m planning to run the Tito’s on that and will hopefully have enough room to mount the motors inverted, facing toward the enclosure. Super stoked to get it going.

I’ve been eyeing that deck for a while and finally decided I wanted my main street build to be a kicktail. Figured it’d be fun and a bit different — you don’t see Tito’s on a kicktail too often lol.
