Vesc6 enclosure

I want to move the vescs to the back of the board to an enclosure, I like this one but it doesn’t seem to be waterproof which I absolutely need, any suggestions?
How are enclosures secured in the back of a trampa board ?

Mine is bolted down with the baseplate screws but with a special washer between it
