Hi everyone-

We thought it was time to get a Trusted Vendor Voting thread going to separate the wheat from the chaff out there. Please try to vote as a customer, not a fan. This should be less of a popularity contest and more of a true reflection on your purchase experiences.

So please base your vote on the reliability of the vendor in following through once the sale is made, the quality of the product and the overall customer experience service.

The ratings are represented like this:

:+1: :+1: Great Buying Experience / Highly Recommended

:+1: Good Buying Experience / Would purchase from again

:-1: Not a Good Buying Experience / Would Not purchase from again

:-1: :-1: Cannot Recommend / Substantial Issues

In addition to being a place where we can get an idea of the kind of service we can expect from a vendor, it will also serve as a place where a vendor can come in and try to fix issues that may result in a low rating.

So we’re purposely making this show who voted instead of anonymous. Which means that by voting, you are agreeing to possibly receive a PM from the vendor in question trying to work out the issue and in doing so, hoping to get your to change your vote. (Votes can be changed at any time for this reason.)

VENDORS PLEASE NOTE: Only contact voters in a PM, please. If you have any issues that you feel require a third party, feel free to invite a mod into the PM.

In addition to this “voting only” thread, we will have an accompanying SERIOUS discussion thread where you can share your thoughts and ideas. Please refrain from using this resource to “prop up” or unfairly skew things for a vendor that might be a friend. This will be apparent to everyone and it subverts the cause.

So let’s use this resource to help inform ourselves and our new friends, and to give feedback to vendors on how they are viewed by the community.
