Three enclosures, will jump wires between them using some sort of netting. These are from TB they are the 6s double stack enclosures he has on sale for 20 bucks each

I think I will have to go all the way through, not sure how inserts will seat in the carbon fiber deck…anyone have experience with this?

Exact ones I use.
Yeah m3 x 6mm.
No other way to know except trying. I ended up using 10mm but depends if you use padding in between.
Mine goes
screw - spring washer - regular washer - enclosure - 1mm foam - insert
Total of 24 screws.
I used m3 as opposed to a larger size because I wanted to take out as little plastic as possible from the enclosure but who knows. probably doesn’t matter.
Also I drilled m4 holes into the enclosure. You would have to be some kind of alignment wizard to b…
I do drill a full hole the length of the insert and use a drill bit collar to make sure I don’t drill all the way through the deck. Just put the insert right next to your bit and find the place where your collar needs to be. If i remember correctly, the trampa 15 ply is about 10mm thick. my insert is 6mm long. I drilled in about 7/8mm and it worked beautifully.
Practice on a piece of wood first. I use loctite 648 btw. You can sort of see in this picture the point at which I apply the loctite. s…

i paid $3 per (shipped first class) from access bearings via ebay
they dropped it into the mail the day i paid and it arrived a few days later.
