One of my motor recently started making this rather unpleasant rattling sound, especially noticeable in low RPM:
I recorded both the bad motor and the good motor for comparison.
Has anyone seen (heard) anything similar? Could it be a loose magnet?
I would take the can off and see if it’s a magnet or maybe a rock or something jammed in there. I’ve had it happen a few times.

there is also the possibility that a bearing is not doing so well or maybe what happened to me is that the key holding the stator stable is gone.

it happened to me the other day, you need to take apart your motor and secure the ring that holds the outer magnets of the motor, use some strong epoxy.
