I’m realizing I forgot to order bearings. Any tips pressing these in?
You can warm the hubs up to make the bearings drop in easier if needed. But don’t go much over too hot to touch. Mostly you just want the bearings to stay straight as forcing them in on an angle can gouge the seat. Tapping them in with a socket that is able to rest on the outer race of the bearing (never hammer the inner race) is the most reliable method I’ve found.
