PCB design, anyone know how to use EasyEDA?

I have no idea what I’m doing.

Want to prototype a new battery PCB, trying to design one using EasyEDA.

But…not sure if I’m doing it right.

I want the areas in RED to be the copper layer.

All you have to do is press the “Expose Copper” button on the right when selecting a rectangle

Never used EasyEDA but I made a few battery PCB’s with kicad and they have all come out pretty good.
