hi,mr makerbase employee!Pleaee. Can the 84100p model give me 3500-4000w for my ebike on 14s 52v system? HOw much max battery current can it handle safely long term max?
120A phase, limit 150A. How much battery, depends on many conditions. But approximately 60-80A
The 100300 wasn’t on long. I wrote the aliexpress store and they responded they found some issue while testing? When do you think we will see the 100300 for sale?
You can pull any kW you please from any voltage you want if your series and parallel connections are up to it. You sound like a stupid person.
Hi Lucky, I have problems with pairing of my 84200hp with a flipsky vx4 pro (flipsky original receiver connected to ppm). How to fix this issue?
Ps: Maybe someone has had this problem before and was able to solve it successfully👀
Hello Makerbase,
I bought 100300hp from aliexpress and connected it to 8kw qs mid.
I started automatic motor detection. The resistance was measured incorrectly it was around 300mOhm instead of 2.5mOhm real resistance.
And then with Flux Linkage state 100300hp exploded.
I flashed latest 6.06 beta4 bldc firmware before motor detection. Maybe you have different firmware now?
Please provide any help, because I wrote to aliexpress seller and no help or refund.
Hello, according to the situation you described, it should be that the MOS tube of one of the three-phase lines is not controlled, and then only the signals of two of them are collected, resulting in resistance error. Maybe it’s because the signal terminal is loose during transportation? It is also possible that the MOS tube has been burned in the previous operation.
I have contacted the customer service of Fast Selling makerbase and asked him to replace the motherboard or refund you. I’m also sorry for giving you a bad experience.
In addition, the 100300HP -A uses isolated power supply design. In most cases, even if the MOS tube is burned, it can still record data. You can try to disassemble it and use it again. If you have a Log record, you can also analyze the data.
You may need to set the signal output mode of VX4 remote controller first, and then use VESC TOOL for signal calibration.
Just had an odd fault, would not spin motor, upon diagnosing I noticed my 80v battery was being shown as 91.3v ! Trust me my battery is not at 91v! I guess the way it measures voltage is (a) now out of calibration which makes me worry about other calibrations or (b) some component has drifted in value???
Ive also notice a bug, while ive been a happy owner of 84200hp for 5 months now , that is paired with a HS3540 and a 20s6p 360a , i tried a couple of days to fiddle with my settings, to tweak them a bit, i made a backup of the configs, then started playing . Since i didnt like the setup , i went in to restore the backup and low and behold , problems started showing up . 1. cannot restore the backup , sometimes it says it cannot find vesc, sometimes it disconects. 2. after a cold boot i managed to keep a stable connection and went in manually and adjusted everything back as it was but still , i get the odd disconnect and logging broke . cannot log at all . it logs for 2-3 seconds then looses connection .
Hello, when can we see the schematic for 100300HP?
Hi,Lucy,Could you tell me the protocol of CAN communication? Also, is the current CAN communication 2.0A or 2.0B?
