For sure outside but even with large trousers the Large HillBilly is waaaaaay to large for me.

It was hot and during breaks he could take them off. I was jealous and sweating hard with my chinese crash pants underneath the trousers.
Mine are medium and even those seem big but is properly the right size for me. 180cm 75 kg.
Try the Dainese Hard Short E1. Maybe this will fit.
