Yep, could I get that in 50T with a 10T motor pinion?

Uf that will be huge dimensions for this hub. At first, that sprocket will be bigger than 8inch tires and so this sprocket fixed on 3screws on 44mm diameter will be very unstable.

Iam normally using 9t pinion and with gear ratio 5 You asking for, it is 45t still big.

Max size iam recommending for 8inch tires is 41t ( sometimes 43t) but with this 3spoke pattern I would recommend so small sprocket as is possible.

Difficult to say, mbs pattern is twice bigger with 5 screws and 43t is ok for it.

It is very theoretical question. On picture is one old steel blacked 35t which looks compare to 44mm ok. Maybe 37t will also work, but probably it will be a border line. That mean 37/9=4.1
