Yep. Both distributors have them. Just waiting on them to prep photos and stuff for release

Just bench testing my v4 before getting everything installed in the enclosure. I’m having some issues getting a NO momentary switch to function. I have it wired to switch and ground on the 3-pin switch connector. My understanding is that App Cfg->General->Shutdown Mode should allow auto shutdown or toggle, but it doesn’t shut down after a time or toggle. The switch only shuts the esc off when closed like the latching switch. Is there another pin I am supposed to be connecting to for shutdown modes to function? Thanks

That’s because it needs a NC momentary switch. Who did you buy it from?

Thank you. I didn’t know that, but now that you say it, I realize it’s obvious. I source and build my own stuff so that’s my mistake.

I just hooked up a latching switch to mimic the function of NC momentary and it works great. Very excited. I really appreciate the the continued improvement you’ve put into the product.

Hi, I have a 3.1 and my SuperFlux rubbed through one of the phase wires and appears to have blown up one of the lines for my Hall Sensor. I fixed everything and replaced one of the hall sensors but it still only detects 2 of the 3 sensors working. I verified with a meter that all 3 work and the voltage oscillates between 3.3v and 0v on the 2 good lines but 5v and 0v on the broken one. I swapped 2 wires and the issue stays on the same pin on the focer so I know all 3 hall sensors are good.

I was wishing it might be the chip labeled 6J5 in the picture… Any chance that’s the problem or is the CPU trashed? If so, is there somewhere I can get it repaired? Can someone tell me what that chip is. I cannot find it.

I’m thinking about doing a batch of LFOC v4 units sold directly by me for relatively cheap. It may be the only way I can counter the possible increase in tariffs coming our way in the US.

Unit price would be $200 per unit and better if buying 5 or more. Would anyone be interested in this? I would need to do a batch of at least 50 units to be worth it.

With the proposed 25% tariffs for stuff coming out of the states in addition to what shipping already costs, it would have to be 2 motors worth of controller for that cost to make it worth it.

Maybe for Americans you could get the cost reasonable, but not for anyone else on this continent.

I can probably find a home for a few.

One thing is that sometimes tariffs don’t apply if the value of the item is under a certain threshold. Hopefully there will be some documentation I can read on this so that I can ship stuff to individuals in Canada without extra cost
