I would have used high temp enamal spray paint, the kind used for engines and brakes and other things that get hot. Motors get hot.

Aesthetically they look awkward but I’m guessing it does something of great Value, I have No Clue.

Different people need different things. This was a very specific build for comfort and portablility, lower speeds and shorter range, with a removable, sectional battery pack that can be taken apart so the board can legally be taken on a plane. Its a lower range commuter, and it’s extremely fun to ride.

@longhairedboy when you get to it, I am Looking forward to see pictures on the progress of the WCS consult and repair.

Still working on it but getting there. Davega on the front, replaced all the rusty bolts and wrapped your phase leads.
before that the battery was rebuilt completely, replaced an ESC, put a 280 amp eswitch in there and got rid of that spaghetti pile of cross connected switch wires, eliminated the second switch and filled in the hole, and some other wiring management stuff.
