Your money is not gone…

Its feeding Jason’s comeback… and don’t worry about being humble. He won’t thank you for your donation.

The silver lining here is if you’re into tea you’re in for a treat.

Last time I checked they have NOT a bank license at least in my country. That’s why ebay wants divorce to marry adyen. Correct me if I am wrong.

Your name is ACTUALLY Sean Hacker?

To be clear, the bank can very much do something if they want to do something. There is no law saying they can’t refund you. “Company policy” is an excuse that means “we don’t want to and don’t think you’re important”. Any company can do whatever they want to make their customers happy. Just remember that while you deal with ANY company.

lol. “This is literally not worth our time. Go ahead to another bank and see if we/teller/branch manager care”.

If I was a bank, I’d tell all the “hard + fussy/karen” regular customers to eff off and go hassle my competitors bank across the street. I’d want all the “nice + no fuss” clients at my place.

Yes, but this also includes monopolies like cable companies, healthcare, et cetera

edit: I see you’re in Canada so maybe that doesn’t apply to you. That’s specific to the USA

UPDATE: Paypal decided in favor of Enertion, so I will not receive any money. Should I dispute this? Maybe I did not explain the matter well to paypal, here is a screenshot of what I wrote:

Call them on phone, get loads of people to prove they have been “Scammed” by them and add it to the dispute bum.

Instant refund, a people employee once told me if they had enough evidence that there was a big issue the date of the puchase didnt matter and that they would refund every order from x time to now or put it on hold.

Quote PayPal Support:

Although we cannot investigate this transaction, your dispute will be noted on the seller’s records. This may encourage your seller to communicate with you and try to reach a resolution in this matter. In some exceptional cases, we may be able to investigate the claim at a later time. This normally only occurs if we receive a large volume of complaints against the seller.

Also I read that if PayPal reaches a dispute originating from the bank backing the PayPal account, they might issue a charge back even if the 180 days have passed. So check what your deadline is for your bank account/credit card.
