On my 12S4P 40T the 11P pack always had some minor delta, around 20 mV. Lately the delta starts creeping out even to 100mV after I use the board from full to low. My BMS does it’s job and balances it back to 15mV delta but it never wants to remain the same. Should I be concerned? I don’t want a ticking bomb in my house. For example it was 90mV today after I finished my ride, BMS brought it down to an ok value:
Should I be worried that a cell is dead on the P pack? If I try recharging/discharging it can it lead to a chain reaction?
Edit: after some research I found out it’s not a bad cell, the P pack charges the same as the other ones. If one cell was dead it should have recharged faster, since it has lower capacity
