Had an issue with my board not so long ago, voltage dropped below 3.1v on one cell which was set on my vesc so I charged it up, balanced fine and has been ok since but to put my mind at ease I bought a ir tester,
Cell 1 1 ohm
Cell 2 1 ohm
Cell 3 1 ohm
Cell 4 1 ohm
Cell 5 1ohm
Cell 6 3ohm
Cell 7 1ohm
Is it time to recycle this battery?
