AC53N is actually the original creator of the concept behind these brackets — I made the first set specifically for him. However, the brackets that are currently available for sale differ slightly from the original version designed by AC53N.

I’d like to inform you that I’ve introduced a new, more affordable version of my ESC enclosure.
ESC enclosure is available in three internal chamber heights:

29 mm
-
34 mm
-
39 mm
For those who want to reduce the cost even further and have access to a 3D printer, I offer the option to purchase only the aluminum parts set, including:
-
all mounting screws,
-
rubber cable grommets.
In this variant, the center section is intended to be 3D printed by the user — I provide the STL files.
This option is available as Variant 4.
Additionally, until January 18, 2026, there is an extra $20 USD discount, regardless of the version,
which results in approximately 18–22% savings.
Technical information:

structurally, this is the same enclosure as the standard V1.2b version,
-
the lower price is due to the lack of anodizing — aluminum parts are glass-bead / sand blasted,
-
the center section is printed from PETG,
-
the covers and mounting plate are made from 7075 aluminum alloy
(honestly overkill material for an ESC enclosure).
Despite the printed center section, the overall strength and durability remain very close to the classic version, while the price is significantly lower.

Just a quick update:
Until January 28, I’m running a –22% SALE on all parts 
If something is out of stock but still available to order, it means I can manufacture it for you.
Production time is usually from a few days up to a maximum of 10–14 days, depending on the part.
If your order cannot be shipped in January, it will be shipped in February.
Important: In February, I will temporarily pause new orders, as I’m taking a short break in the second half of the month and need time to properly complete all January orders.
However, don’t worry — all orders placed in January will be fully produced and shipped either in January or February, depending on production capacity.

Hoping to get some mounts from the sale - wanted to ask if @IDEA or any recent US customers have any estimates on how much the tariff/broker cost through FedEx ends up being?
Regarding the tariffs and fees for US customers: Typically, shipments from Poland to the USA valued under $800 fall under the de minimis threshold and often don’t incur import duties.
However, FedEx may charge a disbursement/brokerage fee for handling the customs paperwork. Based on feedback from other US customers, this usually ends up being around $15–$25 if any fees are assessed at all. It’s quite predictable compared to other carriers, but keep in mind that FedEx will bill you directly for this after or upon delivery
Of course, it’s best to hear directly from someone who has received a package recently. I ship the majority of my orders to the USA, so there should definitely be a few people on this forum who have ordered from me in the last few months and can share their experience regarding fees.
From my side, I don’t receive any information from FedEx regarding US taxes or customs fees. The only thing they’ve started asking me for recently — which wasn’t the case before — is the origin of the aluminum used. For the past few days, I’ve been filling out a specific aluminum declaration form for every shipment to ensure the packages pass through customs as quickly as possible. I think FedEx is just following new general guidelines, but providing this info upfront definitely helps avoid delays.

I paid $42 in fees with FedEx for my first order with Tom.
I want to say it was for set of motor mounts with clamps, a crossbar, 2 truck extenders, a couple small goodies like anti sink plates.
It was pretty reasonable (all things considered).

As far as I know the former 800 de minimis is currently rescinded for anything coming into the USA so every shipment is subject to tariff fees. What you said tracks with what I hear in general that FedEx is less heinous than UPS as far as brokerage fees.
