Hi, I would need help because my battery is no longer charging.
When I measure the current at the output of my 12s 4p battery I have 46.2v.
When I measure at the charging socket I also have 46.2v.
When I plug in the charger nothing happens I tried with two chargers
Is it a balance charger?
Measure the voltage of it not connected to the bettery make sure it’s working ?
Check the connection + and - to the battery from the charger maby that’s the problem.
Remove the output cable from BMS and check each individual output
Connect power supply.
Put negative lead from meter to the black wire of BMS and the other probe into the next connection next to it that charges the first cell
Then check all the other ones, check the input voltage to the bms also make sure it’s the same as power supply. If you can open up the BMS and have a look see if anything has blown.
Thank you for your help.
I will try to control every exit but I have to see how to do it
Only other thing to check really is connections of every red wire to each cell.
if BMS is working properly put negative of meter negative of battery then go up and Check each cells voltage, they should be roughly the same voltage.
Try checking for continuity on each of your charge port wires to make sure there aren’t any breaks in the cable.
I had a board do this and I had vibrated loose a fuse on the charge port.
