Yeah looks like it says max voltage is 84V/20S.

Decided to do a dual 18s3p pack wiried in parallell. So we will create a 18s6p battery when top box is mounted.
Just ordered the two BMS modules.

So @tuckjohn and i did some benchracing on enclosures.
We want to avoid a double stack for clearance issues. And a single stack wont fit an entire 18s6p.
And splitting the packs may work but id have to drop down to 16s, if i use the single stack enclosure.
So im going to be up to some mayhem and figure out what the plan is. Its a surprise.
In the mean time.

-Double stack segmented for Hellhound
-Single stack segmented Hellhound
Both brand spanking new. Double stack was mounted once but never used.

Any reason why you chose ANT over JBD?
I ended up going with the P45B cells to save a few Bucks. Price was right.

Enclosure material came in this weekend.
Giant sheet of 0.080 Kydex.
If anyone is in southern California and has a large Vaccum press let me know! I’ll buy you beer! And throw in a Super Crispy high five, for FREE!*
*or if you really twist my arm maybe i can throw in a Titanium bottle opener. Or a Custom Kridashi.

Finally making a mold for the enclosure.
This is incredibly rough, but im happy I actually Started it.
Need to trim to final shape.
Also add grooves for the segments.
I’ll do the trimming at work this week.
Circular saw to the rescue.
