HAYA HB83+ and HB92+

Hi,

we are selling some of the boards that we got as replacement units for the production errors of the V2 batch. (We will keep some of them in case any other user has an issue with V2 batch boards)

Changes:

  • Controlled curing time of the glue
  • Both veneer sides where glued
  • Use of only grade A-Veneers
  • Reduction of the chanell widths (84->79mm 91->86mm)
  • Slight reduction of the chamfer angle.

I have been riding a HB92 V2 prototype board (same OG dimensions but controlled gluing of the veneers) since october without any issue. V2+ units should be a lot more stable thanks to the structural reinforcements.

You can find them on hayaboards.com.

The base price is 160€ and the gripped versions cost 10€ more.

Shipping options get calculared just before payment when you introduce your address. US/CAN should be ab 40€ EU 20€ (If your country is not in the list please let me know)

(I’ll add some pics of the internals next week)

If you got any other questions please let me know.

What are the dimensions of the compartments?

Cool to have a few more on the market.

If there’s a 92 left later tomorrow I might scoop it up!

Wonderful. Interested in a 92. How long and deep are the internal compartments?

Suggestion: keep the width at 80mm for NESE 21700 to fit.

Oh I did not know that the 21700 modules were 80mm wide. I guess you could make them .5mm slimmer in each side. A snug fit is always the best fit :wink:

Same length as before but reduced width:

HB92+ -> 2x 79x674
HB83+ -> 2x 86x490mm + the extra compartment for BT-Modules/Small BMS etc.

Same dimensions but reduced width of the channels.

Thanks!
I just realized that they are also 3mm deeper.
Would be a bit too much to cut out. =/

deeper? how to you mean? The depth should be the same

The depth/height of the NESE 21700 modules is 26mm vs 23mm of the cutout.

Oh, sorry forgot you were referring to the modules. Yes you are right.

However If I remember right there was a slim version, at least for the 18650 version, which was even thinner than the cells itself. @Agniusm Agnius, do you have such a version (a Slimmer one) for 21700 tabs?

Is this what you’re looking for?

Thanks, that would indeed work!

It’s my feeling every thread should have a “More Pics” dropdown. :sunglasses: :cowboy_hat_face: :100:
