Grease for hub motor bearings

I dont see a correct thread for this so does anyone know of any grease that will be good inside a hub motor?

red n tacky is good

clean it, pack it, spin it, wipe excess

Thank you!

I use silicone grease, works well.

I would say the thicker and tackier the better, for the abuse we put these things through. As it stays inside the bearing better and it doesn’t get washed out as easily from water. But like above pop up the seal with a tiny flat screwdriver and pack it full, put it back on and spin the motor up and wipe off the excess if possible.

Credit goes to @CHAINMAILLEKID but I’m very happy with how Schaeffers 274 has performed.

But you obviously want to do that before the bearings sounds like shit!
