FocBox VESC-X powers on but does not connect

Hello,

I have a diy dual VESC-X setup that i’ve been running for a while. I was using the board last weekend and hit a slight bump, and the brakes locked up. I stopped and restarted the board, and noted that the master Vesc powered on but the “signal” light was off. The secondary Vesc has both lights on as normal.

I got home and plugged in the master Vesc and it doesn’t acknowledge the USB at all. The secondary vesc still connects fine and appears to be working. Any suggestions?

Take the cover off the VescX’s and check if anything is burned up.

Thanks for the reply. I did pop off the cover and look at the board, don’t see anything that looks burned up. I tried contacting DRV wizard a few days ago but haven’t heard anything. Anyone know if he’s in business or anyone else can repair VESC?
