There’s a difference between the evos depending which year it was made. The first ones which were electrified were made on the skate and explore decks. The newer evos are slightly shorter for the purposes of fitting an enclosure. (Possibly what you’re seeing here)
My single stack enclosure was made on the skate and explore. But can be made to fit the later evo falcons.
My double is made on the newer falcons and likewise can be made to fit the older. (Not perfect but close)
(There are older evos that are bigger and won’t fit nicely at all)

Ah, perhaps the enclosure you have was modelled on the evo falcon or spectrum then.

Your good, I can’t even tell it had a bolt bust through! Mine had that gap too, it’s a spectrum.

What are you using for that repair?
Loctite hysol 6c. That enclosure was nearly split in 2 and isn’t mine or I’d have tried much harder probably
