Why not 3D print? A couple hundred for a printer and some filament… You can do flexy, or nylon… People here might CNC for cheap, but imo nothing beats 3D printing for something like a handle.
Cus it gonna be smacking into legs? Tbh, nothing beats the look, feel, durability and strength of metal…except zebra wood.
