I had this idea for a collection thread where we literally list everything that can go wrong. Street build, offroad build and everything in between. We could then reference it for troubleshooting or helping new people to identify issues in their build. Spread out into sections like: Mechanical: Wheels Urethane Bearings Core Spacer Speed rings Tires Tubes and so on… If we as a group collected a complete list of everything that might go wrong with each part it would make future troublesho…

If I could be of assistance, it would be to choose your items in a certain order. Don’t choose anything else until you’ve chosen your deck and enclosure. Because you need to know if it will even fit. Enclosures are much more difficult than you think, and you need to know if flexibility will be something you design for, or not. That might actually be a good thing to add to the list; How to ride/stand/stop/etc. in all kinds of situations. How different set ups ride differently, etc.

That diagram has always struck me as kind of silly. If you have a properly made loop key, the you don’t need an AS switch. If you have a proper AS switch, you don’t need a loop key. I understand that for a safety net, both would be nice, but literally no one does it. Plus, who has the room in an enclosure for extra gear.
