EDIT: I have just double checked and confirmed my absolute limit is 150.
Hi everyone, just the other day I found that under braking, the power would sometimes cut out for a second then come back. I was thinking it was a regen overcharge kind of issue, but this was still happening even at half battery. Im running a Stormcore 60d and vx2 remote. If anyone has any thoughts on how I could fix this let me know

What battery and bms?
put whatever highest number vesc tool allow u to in the “Absolute Maximum Current” section
iirc, its either 150 or 160
12s6p of ncr21700s and 100a bypassed bms
Its already 150 and it only cuts out during braking, not acceleration
i’ve had similar situation before, and the max current fixed it for me. mine also happened during braking only

Are you certain there isn’t a fault registering during the cutout?
75 max current and 150 absolute limit
If there is, it doesnt show up on the app
Without a metr log you will never know!
If the power cuts out, all VESC errors get reset
What should it be set to?
I set it to 200a and the problem went away. 150 should also work

the other current setting, i’ve set it according to my board’s spec
Ive just double checked and my absolute is set at 150. Also ive lowered my max regen to about 12a
