this is spacer for the wheel pulley or it goes inside the wheel?

Wish you gave me more than an hour to reply to your email…and PM…
The pulley is not fully seated, it’s not defective. Notice the top piece spins concentric. I suggest loosening the 2 screws and reseating it, making sure the pieces mate perfectly. One side isn’t seated at all.
I include a variety of spacers for your convenience. One goes between the pulley bearing and wheel. The rest can be used to suit your needs.
3 belts have been refunded.

The pulley is not defective, Don’t be afraid to ride them, when you put your wheels on, you’ll see that it works perfect.

found the issue. someone put tape inside the wheel pulley. I didnt see it until the blue loctite ate the plastic.
My mistake. I was rushing.
I got the refund. Thanks. I will delete this post
