These are discontinued.
When are you going to let us order straight cuts for our helical drives that are falling apart constantly? Please just release the step file for the wheel gear I beg you.
I could have a group by setup before Sunday

Thanks dude! I could be mistaken but these look like theyâre for the M1
Could I be so greedy as to also ask for the BN-AT wheel gear file as well?
My street gears flew apart on Thursday night.
The 3x M4 screws tore the threads out of the aluminum 6384 motors and played hell with the gear teeth as this happened at about 55kmh.
Are 6384âs just too heavy to swing off three M4 screws? Iâm hoping helicoils are the solution.
Thanks for sharing that gear file though. I might be needing it.
It was M1 thread so got confused.

Why 3 M4 screws and not the intended four?
Also, theyâre sensitive to thread engagement. FS6384 I believe are a little shallow; tapped 5mm deep.
Wow heâs finally admitted he doesnât want to do it anymore lol
From memory there were only three spots to put the screws in? Maybe I missed something that should have been obvious, Iâll check shortly. I need to pick up dead board, and drop off a couple GTRâs so old mate can take his new gf for a skate in the park.
Still would love more street gear drives for future boards though. The noise that board makes is sic AF. Sure you donât want to another batch of five sets with trucks? I could almost justify it.
The only pnumie boards Iâve ridden are my two LaCroixâs and they remind me of driving a car a little too much.
Just checked, three holes only.
THANK YOU.
next opportunity I get Iâm buying you two beers
Wow I completely forgot about that.
Not going to lie, a lot of my designs are now quite old, like 2020-2021 thinking. I have learned a lot since then, 4 years later. I wouldnât approve of that now.
I recall the reasoning being that it rotated the motor 45deg for better feeding of phase cables.
Thatâs all good. Youâve done well bringing good parts to market at an affordable price.
I wish I had some more sets of street gear drives with four motor screws for my next boards though. Thatâs something I guess Iâll have to make time forâŚ
The helicoils went okay, and I swapped the M4x 8 screws with M4x10. The holes arenât blind, but obviously there are cables to be careful of.
This is actually really important, and often overlooked.
