Board doesn’t turn off

My board works great! The only thing is that it doesn’t turn off… again :face_with_symbols_over_mouth: Basically I have narrowed down the problem to the bms, the led on my 12v switch connected to stays green whether it is latched or unlatched, I have completely unplugged the switch from the bms and the power stays on. everything looks fine on the bms, is it just a faulty bms again? My bms is from @BuildKitBoards :

Edit: You can always add a loop key
