I was initially gonna add a couple of lipos to it however I found the two meepo packs on Facebook for £40
I know the batteries are meant to be crap, but I am hoping that they might be alright connected in parallel, and this is a spare deck that I just want up and running so I am not too concerned with performance.
The enclosure in the pic is now on a different deck, so I’m looking for another one for this build. Can anyone recommend a cheap enclosure
(I am UK based) that I could house the two meepo batteries in which are 40mm thick?
Also, I’m looking for a remote for this setup too. Any recommendations for a cheap, reliable thumb controlled remote?
I am guessing not used together since new, not the same date of manufacture or from the same seller
I am also guessing that you’d highly recommend that I do not connect them in parallel?
I was planning to test the board with just one battery to begin with, and if the performance was too unbearable then I’d charge them up fully separately using the same charger. Then check their voltage was the same before connecting in parallel (all based on advice from another site who’s name shall not be spoken). The seller did mention that he’d hardly used them.
I thought having two packs on the board would give me redundancy in the event of a failure
