I have a powerfull 21700 12S2P battery but I’d like to get more range so I was thinking, Is it possible to add an external 1P battery?
Any battery builder out there can tell me ?

How long have you been running this battery? If it’s fairly new it shouldn’t be a problem
What does it mean external 1p battery? Like 12s1p battery with its own bms? Connected in parallel with old battery? Yeah, no problem with that.
If you wish to add 1p to 2p to make 3p, you can do that too. Just be careful that you always pair 2 old + 1 new cell. Also they have to be at same voltage before connecting them in parallel.
If you see that some cells in old battery drift too much, I wouldn’t bother and risk new cells too.
