4/22/25: Alright, so some change in plans. After further examining the deck, I’m gonna be using it as a mold for a new one, there’s a fiberglass layer on top and there’s a few scratches that got pretty deep and seems like the fiber is exposed, I never used resin or epoxy so easiest thing to do is using it as a mold, I got 9 layers of hard maple veneers from roarockit, that’s where I get my veneers for decks. A few days in the vaccum bag and it’ll be solid, will have the shape and holes to line it up and then it’ll be onto painting and slapping it together, to be fair I haven’t even got motors or the box yet so I’m not too worried on rushing
5/4/25: Stage 1 is complete, got all of the parts pretty much here besides the box and motor pulleys, still waiting on a BMS but today I got the trucks cleaned up, fitted the motors on and slapped on the bushings (I ordered 4 new red ones) so the belt drive is pretty much completed, more updates to come

6/9/25:
New updates rolling in, first I decided to make the deck since I enjoy molding and shaping the decks. Built it up with a 9 layer hard maple Canadian veneers, using the old deck as a mold which surprisingly turned out nice. I let it sit in the vaccum bag for 6-7 days. (How you can tell it glued up nicely is looking at the veneers after you cut it out or even checking out the cutout itself) once that was done I gave it a good sanding, the orbital sander didn’t have a rough enough grit so I sanded it the best I can till I got the rougher grit and that really made it look defined, today I drilled out the truck holes and mounted my MBS matrix ii trucks which looks badass on the board. Now it’s time for paint, I am in the process of maybe redesigning my graphic or going with it, I’m not sure at the moment. Stay tuned for more, this boards coming together

Alrighty, so last night I thought of another graphic idea for the deck. I drew it up and having a hard time deciding which graphic I wanna run, they’re both unique in their own ways and I think both of them would flow right with the board but i know one of them would just tie it all together
